Kursinhalt
(English and Bio below)
- Zitierte Autoren: Bourdieu, Riemann, Ulrich, Bennett, Wilber, Terkessidis, Hofstede, Bauer, Inglehart and Welzel, De Shazer
- Mediative Möglichkeiten und lösungsorientierte objektive Definitionen

Course Content
At the beginning, participants discover their own styles of interaction when confronted with the other. For this, several assessment tools, sequences, systems and methods are investigated and applied. Note that the course has been designed so that participants can review and discuss the results in the plenary or keep them to themselves for self-study purposes. From here, the hands-on investigations move from the perspective of one’s self to the more neutral observational platform where the vantage point provides information about the interaction potentials of both or more parties. Afterwards, the attention is shifted to the other person, followed by culture. Finally, hypotheses can be constructed regarding the focus culture’s own possible perspectives and viewpoints. This progression and pathway gives the participants what they need to have to maintain pro-active awareness, gather important information and develop relationship strategies. Some of the references, systems and methods used:
- Assessments and moderated reflection
- Complex systems, systemics and relationship patterns
- Some of the cited authors: Bourdieu, Riemann, Ulrich, Bennett, Wilber, Terkessidis, Hofstede, Bauer, Inglehart and Welzel, De Shazer
- Mediative options and solution-oriented objective definitions
